Proper use of Ababol C, C<sup>+<\/sup> or Cd, allows the cleaning of the surface and the optimum anchoring of our products.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;Why is it recommended to use a sealer?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The use of Ababol sealers gives a transparent, flexible and very durable film, which is merged to the substrate, sealing potential sticking points and increasing the efficiency of the release agent and the life of the mould.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;Can Ababol release agents be used with other types of sealers?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although Ababol products are compatible with many sealers on the market, to get the best out of our products we recommend the use of our release agents with our sealers.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;What are the maximum operating temperatures?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our products can be used in heated moulds, reaching in most cases temperatures above 200 \u00b0C (see TDS). Our products cure at temperatures over 15 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;Is it possible to apply extra volumes of release products?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A large excess of the amounts recommended in the TDS does not improve, or increase the number of releases achieved. The recommended amounts are sufficient to obtain maximum product performance.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=&#8221;How many releases can be achieved?&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The number of releases depends of the work piece geometry, the nature and state of the mold and the material used in production.
